The terms for a logo, a name or artwork handed to the studio for a build.
# Daily Board Asset Terms
These terms apply when you add a brand, logo, mascot or other image ("assets") to an idea on the Daily Board. You accept them with a separate checkbox. The Placement Terms and the Content Policy apply as well.
## 1. Your warranty
You confirm that you own the assets or are authorised to license them on these terms; that using them as described here infringes no trademark, copyright, design, publicity or privacy right; and that every real person shown in them has agreed in writing.
## 2. Licence to us
You grant the individual who operates Stigmera Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the full term of the rights concerned, to use, copy, adapt, display and distribute the assets in the game built from the idea, on the stream and its recordings, in clips, on the game page and on the board, and in promotion of the game. We may resize, recolour or otherwise adapt an asset so that it fits the game.
## 3. Placement is our decision
Where and how an asset appears is up to us. Your "where it should appear" note is a wish, not a promise. We do not guarantee screen time, size or prominence.
## 4. Marking as advertising
An idea with a brand is marked as sponsored for as long as it exists: on the board, in the round archive, on the game page ("Contains sponsored content"), on the stream overlay while the asset is visible ("Sponsored", together with the Russian and Kazakh words for advertising, "Reklama / Zharnama"), in clips that show the asset, and in the paid-promotion settings of the stream platform. You agree to this marking.
## 5. Blocked categories
Assets of the categories listed in the Content Policy ("Brands we never place") are declined before payment.
## 6. Claims and takedowns
You will cover our reasonable costs of any third-party claim caused by your assets. A person who believes an asset infringes their rights may write to [email protected] or use https://stigmera.games/board/report. We remove a reported asset from the board and the overlay, and mark the game, within 72 hours; the person who added the asset may send a counter-notice. We may remove any asset at any time; a contribution is not refunded when an asset is removed for a breach of these terms.
## 7. Law and language
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and written in English; if a translation differs, the English text applies.
