Who owns a game built from the board, and what the person whose idea it was may do with it.
# Daily Board Build Licence
This licence comes with every game built from an idea of the Daily Board. We send it by e-mail when the game is published, and it is always available at https://stigmera.games/board/licence. The version and the fingerprint of the text you received are in that e-mail.
## 1. Who owns the game
the individual who operates Stigmera Games ("we") keeps all copyright and other intellectual property in the game: its code, art, sound, text, name and design. Nothing in this licence transfers ownership.
## 2. Who receives the licence
The backer of the built idea — the person who posted it and made its first contribution — unless they named another backer when posting. Other people who added money to the idea are credited on the game page but do not receive this licence.
## 3. What you may do
We grant you a **non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the full term of copyright** to host, embed, distribute and monetise **the delivered build** of the game on your own websites and channels. The consideration for this licence is your contribution to the idea.
"The delivered build" is the playable package we give you (or the embed code for the game on https://stigmera.games). It does not include the source code, our advertising code, our analytics, or later versions of the game unless we choose to provide them.
## 4. Conditions
- Keep the game's credits screen and the "Made by Stigmera" attribution intact and visible. - Do not sublicense, sell or transfer the build or this licence. - Do not claim to be the author of the game. - Do not modify the build in a way that removes credits or changes what the game is. - Do not use the game in or for any category listed in the Content Policy under "Brands we never place".
## 5. Your brand assets
Assets you added to the idea remain yours and are licensed to us under the Asset Terms.
## 6. End of the licence
The licence ends automatically if you break its conditions, or after a chargeback or payment dispute without a good reason (Placement Terms, section 7). When it ends, you stop distributing the build.
## 7. No warranty
The build is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited as in the Placement Terms.
## 8. Law and language
This licence is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and accepted electronically with the Placement Terms. It is written in English; if a translation differs, the English text applies. Questions: [email protected].
