What a game idea may and may not contain, and how an idea is checked before it is built.
# Daily Board Content Policy
This policy says which ideas we build on the stream and which we decline. It applies to the title and pitch of an idea, to display names, and to brand assets.
## What we build
Small, original browser games that a person can play on a phone: single-player, 2D, any genre, without accounts and without servers for online play. Local play for two people on one screen is fine. The design details are ours.
## What we decline
- Hate, harassment, or content that attacks people for who they are. - Sexual content. - Graphic violence as the point of the game, self-harm, terrorism. - Real people, unless the person has given written consent. - Other people's intellectual property: named games, franchises, characters, logos or brands you do not own. - Anything illegal, and anything that breaks the YouTube Community Guidelines — every build is streamed. - Games that promise real money, crypto rewards or other financial returns to players. - Ideas that cannot be built in one stream: online multiplayer, user accounts, large 3D worlds, virtual reality, blockchain. We say why and suggest a smaller version. - Links, e-mail addresses and phone numbers in an idea. Brands come only through the brand fields.
## Brands we never place
We do not place brands, logos or mascots of: alcohol; tobacco, e-cigarettes and vapes; betting, casinos, bookmakers and other games of chance; drugs; weapons; financial pyramids and multi-level marketing; unlicensed financial services and promises of crypto returns; medicines and medical services; political parties, candidates and campaigns; adult content; infant formula. Categories that YouTube restricts to certified partners are treated as blocked.
## How ideas are checked
1. **Automatically, before payment.** Every idea and every brand asset is checked the moment it is posted. If the check declines it, nothing is created and nothing is charged; you see the reason and what to change. 2. **By us, before the build.** We look at ideas the automatic check flagged, at reported ideas, and at every idea selected for a build. An idea that breaks this policy may be hidden or declined at any time; a contribution to it is not refunded (Placement Terms, section 8).
Display names follow the same rules. We may shorten or replace a name that breaks them.

To report an idea, an asset or an infringement, use https://stigmera.games/board/report or write to [email protected]. Takedown notices are answered within 72 hours.
